Summer 2021

Summer was great this year with trips to Missouri to visit Dan and Betsy as well as an epic mountain trip. But, we cannot forget the beach! We go every year and although the landscape is the same, the children keep changing. This is also the summer Addison found not 1 but 2 chips shaped like hearts.

We also had cousin week where Everly and Easton came to visit. Last but not least, we attended a huge wedding for my cousin Jacob. It was something else. Greek orthodox weddings are definitely a must do for your bucket list. We try and give our kids the very best life we can. I hope these experiences create some wonderful memories.

 

Halloween 2021

This marked the first year since the boys were born that we did not do a family costume. I talked Addison into being Ladybug, but Alex and Will were happy participants in becoming Cat Noir and Carapace.

 

Lake Jocassee and Table Rock Canyon - Mountains 2021

Lake Jocassee is a magical place. I finally took my family to see and experience the magic. It's beauty is unlike any I've found in this area of the country. We took a boat ride and jumped off a very tall rock. We swam in waterfalls and learned of buried cities beneath the lake surface. It was everything I'd ever hoped a family trip would be. We also spent some time hiking Table Rock Canyon. The whining was there but I think the kids had a good time overall. We hit a few other spots along the way. Pure Magic.
